Considerations for the Determination of an Institutional Evaluation Methodology in Cuban Education

The present article describes the considerations taken into account by a team of Cuban researchers for the determination of an evaluation methodology of the educative institutions, as part of the creation in Cuba of a Quality Evaluation System of Education. Such methodology tries to harmonically combine the scientific strictness and the rationality of measuring resources and to favor the development of an evaluative culture among teachers and directors in this important link of the National Education System formed by the Scholar Institutions.
