Dr Carlos Ruiz Gonzalez is a Learning Specialist and Director del Programa de Master para Ejecutivos, Instituto Panamericano de Alta Direccion de Empresas (IPADE), Universidad Panamericana, Mexico. He is the Dean of the Executive MBA, at the Instituto Panamericano de Alta Dirección de Empresa (IPADE);at this Mexico’s Business School he is also chair of the department of Business Policy (Strategy and General Management). He has been at IPADE since 1985.

Dean Director del Programa de Master para Ejecutivos, Idel Programa de Master para Ejecutivos, Instituto Panamericano de Alta Direccion de Empresas (IPADE) Universidad Panamericana Dr Ruiz Gonzalez is a Civil Engineer (Universidad Iberoamericana) and gained his MBA at IPADE and has a DBA from Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC) in France.
He has been Lecturer in many Mexican Universities (Universidad Panamericana, UNAM, Universidad Iberoamericana, Tecnológico de Monterrey, etc.) and in some foreign universities (Universidad Complutense in Madrid, Spain, Tufts University in Boston, USA, INALDE in Bogotá, Colombia, IDE in Ecuador and IE in Rio de Janeiro Brazil). He has presented papers in conferences of the Strategic Management Society, The Academy of Management and the International Project Management Association. Mr. Ruiz has written many cases, research papers and articles in Magazines and journals, He is coauthor of two books.
