The usable returned questionnaires were 905 and the usable returned rate was 75.42%. The statistical techniques to analyze the data included the mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA, product-moment correlation, and stepwise multiple regression. The findings of this study are as follows:
1. The usage of learning strategy was at middle level. Among all strategies, the situation of using “organizational strategies” was the worst.
2. Student’s learning satisfaction was at middle level. In this part, students were satisfied with “instructional design?and “teaching” but they were not satisfied with their learning attitudes.
3. The factors affecting student’s learning strategy were the expectation of further education, like/dislike the subjects, different retaken course, and the number of retaken course.
4. There existed a good predictability to learning satisfaction by learning strategy.
According to the finding of the study, the discussions and conclusions offer a number of suggestions to schools, teachers and educational administrative authorities
